Qasim Sattar, owner & founder of cultural communications

Qasim Sattar is a native of Paducah Kentucky. Throughout his 22-year military career, he served as both Enlisted and Officer. His assignments included: Germany, Japan, Turkey, the Netherlands, Iraq, Kuwait, Washington DC, Alabama, and San Antonio. He has completed numerous military and civilian courses that include various types of leadership training.

Mr. Sattar holds a BS in Psychology and a BA in Criminology from the University of Maryland as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from Oklahoma University.

Mr. Sattar has spent several years working at JBSA as an Organizational Developmental Instructor teaching classes professional development.
