Arbinger (also known as Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM) focuses on the psychology of human behavior and motivation.  This training will provide you a better understanding of two distinct mindsets from which people and organizations operate:

  •   A self-focused inward mindset

  •   An others-inclusive outward mindset

Arbinger solicits an inclusive outward mindset. This type of thinking will develop self-accountability, stronger cohesive teams, better communication, self-awareness, job satisfaction, commitment, empowerment and the ability to understand others’ perspectives. When the outward mindset is achieved and implemented, the organizational culture will become a collaborative, result driven, conflict free organization.
