Arbinger (also known as Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM) focuses on the psychology of human behavior and motivation. This training will provide you a better understanding of two distinct mindsets from which people and organizations operate:
A self-focused inward mindset
An others-inclusive outward mindset
Arbinger solicits an inclusive outward mindset. This type of thinking will develop self-accountability, stronger cohesive teams, better communication, self-awareness, job satisfaction, commitment, empowerment and the ability to understand others’ perspectives.
